I am currently taking a belly dance and I absolutely love it. The class takes place once a week and I love the fact we learn certain movements and then incorporate them towards the end of class into almost a freestyle type of session where we use all the moves we've learned so far which creates a small routine and fantastic work out.
I would like to find some kind of DVD that uses this same kind of practice but I honestly don't know where to begin. There is a program that comes on FitTV called "Shimmy" but the problem is that they have commercials interrupting the routine so you lose the momentum.
Can anyone recommend any kind of DVD that I could use during my "off hours" in my class?
